  • After the PRE-PAY sale ends, in about 3-4 weeks your student will receive a blue envelope (regardless if they ordered or not). Inside that envelope will be information and a personal access code for you to continue ordering

Prepay Your Order Now Through Picture Day And Save $

You can easily prepay your students' portraits through our online system. Here are some things to remember… 

  1.  You can prepay for photos up to midnight of picture day.
  2.  To prepay your photos, you will need the school event name located on your students printed order form. Enter the event name exactly as it shows on the form in the field above. (You can get the event name from a printed order form or from your school)
  3.  Enter your email address. (There is no password)
  4.  Choose from our photo packages and add-on products 
  5.  Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email 
  6.  Your portrait order will be delivered to your students' school 2-3 weeks following picture day. 
  7. Did you miss our Pre-Pay sale event? Dont worry our 2nd Sale will start about 3 weeks after your picture day.


 
After Picture Day SALE Photo Purchase Opportunity

You can still order photos!

    1. Even if you did not order photos, your student will have received an envelope with an insert card. On that insert card is information on how you can order photographs.
    2.  Once you have that insert card, follow the link as printed on the card.
    3.  Enter your email address 
    4.  Enter your child's passcode as listed on the insert card.
    5.  Click on add another passcode if you are ordering for more then one child. 
    6.  Click on Login 
    7.  Choose the photos you wish to order 
    8.  All 2nd Sale orders will be mailed to the address you list in your order

      Some Things You Should Know

      • Sale Prices! Order your photos by Picture Day to save money on our products. Orders placed after Picture Day are at our regular prices.
      • Our Pre-Pay event ends 3 days after picture day so we can send the prepay orders to our lab.
      • Orders placed after Picture Day will be shipped to your home and shipping rates will apply. If this is the case, dont be suprised an empty envelope shows up with all of the other first orders. Just hold tight, yours will be on order.
      • If you purchased a digital download and personalization the personalization will not be on the digitally downloaded picture.
      • Digital downloads have an expiration date of 60 days after delivery to school. You have 60 days of product being delivered to the school to download the digital Image.
      • CLASS COMPOSITES cannot be processed or printed until after your schools makeup day.
